Sealed tenders are invited from MeECL’s Registered Contractors of the appropriate class for “ Construction of 2(Two) Storied R.C.C. Building including Sanitary Works for the Shillong Co-Operative Urban Bank Ltd., Shillong at Polo”. Estimated value of the work is Rs.25,95,282.00 (Rupees twenty five lakhs ninety five thousand two hundred eighty two) only.

The Detailed N.I.T can be purchased from the office of the undersigned on any working day during Office Hours on payment of Rs. 4,000.00 (Rupees four thousand) only in the form of Demand Draft/ Banker’s Cheque (non-refundable) pledged in favour of the Chief Accounts Officer, MeECL, Shillong. The detailed N.I.T will be issued from 3^rd to 5^th August, 2010 , only to the MeECL’s Registered Contractors of the appropriate class and who have executed similar R.C.C. Building works worth not less than Rs. 20 lakhs (Rupees twenty lakhs) only. Last date of receipt of tender is 9^th August, 2010 , upto 14.00 Hrs. and will be opened on the same date at 15.00 Hrs. in presence of the intending tenderers or their authorized representatives.
